All appointments require a nonrefundable, nontransferable $20 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your service. By booking, you authorize the remaining balance of your scheduled service to be charged on the day of your appointment. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the full remaining balance being charged. No-shows will also be charged in full. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. If a client arrives more than 25 minutes late, the appointment will be forfeited and the full remaining balance will be charged. Please plan accordingly to avoid disruption to your service and others. All charges are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments outside of the cancellation window. By booking, you agree to these terms.
